In addition, we have created special support groups, education, rehabilitation services, and spiritual counseling for patients and their family members while they are in our care, after discharge and throughout their cancer treatment. Our patients will never have to take their journey alone.

The Director of the Oncology Program reports to the VP, Strategy/Business Development and is accountable for providing a vision, leadership, and promoting innovation in developing and implementing strategies and policies to provide high quality patient care in a cost-effective manner. This job places strong emphasis on the following outcomes: delivery of quality services, applying best practices, creating a highly-effective work unit, developing and retaining excellent personnel. The Director is a change leader in the department and works closely with the Medical staff and Orange Coast Medical Center leadership team for marketing and development of the OncologyProgram.
